Ah, the joy of setting New Year’s resolutions! But all too often such good intentions and that sense of optimism are quickly followed by a sense of failure when we quickly find ourselves back on the sofa, hoovering up the leftover chocolates and Baileys. But it doesn’t have to be this way! The key is to establish realistic and sustainable habits, as we heard from our expert panel in our brilliant live event: Dr Clare Spencer, My Menopause Centre Co-Founder and Registered Menopause Specialist & GP, Mel Berry, Her Spirit Co-Founder, and Joanne Bolger, Registered Nutritional Therapist.

We know it’s easy to make resolutions, but following through with them is the hard part. Joanne talked about ‘adding things in rather than taking them away’ which is such a great way to look at things – especially with food. Maintaining a healthy weight is most definitely not about deprivation!
