A staggering 900,000 women have quit their jobs here in the UK because of a lack of menopause support and over 60% of companies still don't have a menopause policy in place. Shocking statistics - and the consequence? Too many women are leaving work at the peak of their careers, exacerbating the pension and gender pay gap, weakening gender diversity and doing nothing to attract and retain talent.
