I would highly recommend My Menopause Centre. I was searching for more information and help after feeling abandoned by my GP.

I had started HRT after much deliberation but during lockdown I experienced a few awful migraines and my doctors just said to stop taking it immediately and there was nothing further to be done. I booked a session with Dr Clare Spencer who was wonderful. After a few faltering technical issues we had an incredibly detailed and frank chat. It felt wonderful to talk to another woman who not only understood what I was going through but had the medical knowledge to help and put my mind at rest. As a result of Clare’s letter to my doctor I not only started on another HRT patch but supplemented it with other medication to help. The whole experience felt so empowering and positive, thank you Clare. x
