I would highly recommend My Menopause Centre to any women approaching perimenopause, and also to health professionals who see women approaching menopause.

If I had had access to Dr Clare Spencer’s expert evidence-based advice and scientific explanations of the menopause 5 years ago when I reached perimenopause, I would have understood what was happening to me, and known what to do about it. The website is welcoming, easy to navigate and full of supportive information on symptoms of menopause, and the best ways of treating and managing the symptoms. It dispels myths that have stopped so many women seeking help with debilitating symptoms. Thank-you Dr Clare and Helen for launching this.
