I am 43yo and I have moved to the UK just 4 years ago. Other the last few months I have started to feel demotivated, always exhausted, extremely emotional, I lost my smile. I started to think that could be an early stage of perimenopause. I spoke with my GP but honestly in less than 10 minutes the only solution I’d been proposed it was a blood test that didn’t worried him.
