“Menopause transition is a journey, and my role is to walk alongside the woman, supporting her through it. I am delighted to be working with My Menopause Centre to be able to support women through their menopause journey. I’ve been a BMS (British Menopause Society) menopause specialist for nearly 10 years. Everyone woman has a different menopause story to tell and it’s so important to identify everyone’s individual needs. Best outcomes are obtained with a positive mindset, healthy lifestyle – nutrition and exercise and appropriate hormone therapy.”
