It’s hard: our hair is closely tied up with our identity so when it starts to change it can impact not just how we look but also how we feel about ourselves, shattering our confidence.
This is something that trichologist and hair loss expert Demi Griffith has seen with the clients she has helped over the past 25 years.

Demi Griffiths is one of the Midlands leading Trichologists & owner of award-winning hair loss & scalp specialist clinic, Midlands Trichology. With over 25 years of experience in the field of hair, Demi has extensive knowledge & training in hair loss, hair loss treatments & scalp conditions. Demi graduated as a Trichologist achieving the level 4 ITECH certificate in Trichology, the only accredited Trichology course currently in the UK, & is also registered with the World Trichology Society.
Helen co-founded My Menopause Centre with her good friend, Dr Clare Spencer. She is on a mission to raise awareness of menopause and help empower women with the knowledge they need to embrace this new chapter and thrive.
Helen is particularly passionate about supporting women in the workplace and helping employers understand the benefits of having a positive menopause policy. Helen has held Chief Marketing Officer roles in a range of sectors with Boots, the BBC, DFS and Countrywide. She has also worked in broadcast and telecoms regulation at Ofcom and in the mobile technology sector with Motorola.
