Registered menopause specialist, GP and co-founder My Menopause Centre
Dr Clare qualified from Cambridge University and holds Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She initially trained in obstetrics and gynaecology where she gained a Doctor of Medicine for research in fetomaternal medicine. She is also a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS) Medical Advisory Committee and a BMS menopause trainer.
Victoria completed her undergraduate and basic surgical training at Leicester University Hospitals. She was appointed as SPR in 1998 to Guy's and St Thomas'. Victoria undertook a six year training programme which included six months at Great Ormond Street Hospital and a dedicated paediatric attachment at Guy's and St Thomas'.
Following this she received comprehensive ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) training throughout the region of the South East Thames and completed a three month head and neck fellowship at the University Hospital Zurich. Victoria was appointed as a consultant to Mid-Yorks NHS Trust in April 2005 where she undertakes general ENT and sub-specialises in paediatrics and functional rhinology.
