Catch up on our FREE event: Making love during the menopause – how to get your libido back

This event has finished

We believe that one of the best ways to smash a taboo is to talk about it, and of all the taboos around the menopause, sex and loss of libido is one of the biggest.

If you missed our webinar with the experts, fear not, you can catch it here.

Various studies have shown that anywhere from 40-50% of menopausal women experience a loss of sex drive (libido) and around 1 in 3 experience vaginal dryness related to the menopause.

But it doesn’t have to be this way! Knowledge is power so grab your diary and make a date for this brilliant free session where we’ll be talking to My Menopause Centre’s Dr Surya Gupta-Wright, Eleanor Gardner, founder of Pelvic Relief, and Trudy Hannington, a Senior Psychosexual Therapist about:

  • the common gynaecological symptoms experienced during the menopause that can affect a woman’s ability to have or enjoy sex, and ways to manage them – from HRT, vaginal oestrogens to lubes
  • why we experience a loss of sex drive at this stage of life
  • expert advice and tips on how to revive your libido … from testosterone to sex toys and sex and relationship counselling

Plus there will also be time for your questions!
